Holden Hurricane - Back to the future.

Bernie Walsh has vivid memory of the orange metallic paint finish on the Holden Hurricane concept car that sat in engineering at Fishermans Bend during his time there as an automotive designer. The team at Holden has restored the concept car and the paint color "is spot on" Bernie remarked when he saw the Hurricane yesterday for the first time in over thirty years. The Hurricane represents the advanced thinking that automotive designers provide through future concept models and recent projects like the EN-V showcase the capability of the team at GM in Port Melbourne.

RMIT alumnus and industrial design lecturer Bernie Walsh and Tony Stolfo Design Director GM Australia seated in the restored Holden Hurricane concept car.
